Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Oracle Fusion Analyst to support the stability, performance, and ongoing administration of the Oracle Cloud environment within the Finance IT organization. This position will work closely with business partners and technical teams to keep applications running effectively, uphold access and control standards, and deliver responsive user support. Based in Irving, Texas, the role is well suited for someone who can balance functional business understanding with strong application administration experience.
Responsibilities:
• Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud applications on a daily basis, ensuring dependable system performance for finance and related business operations.
• Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings while supporting established control requirements and approval practices.
• Assist with audit and compliance activities by preparing records, validating access documentation, and helping maintain accurate support materials.
• Manage application changes by coordinating updates, monitoring deployments, and documenting configuration adjustments across the environment.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution for end users and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for procedures, system settings, support workflows, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners on system improvements, integrations, and automation efforts that enhance business processes.
• Strengthen internal application knowledge to improve operational efficiency and lessen dependence on outside support resources.
• Provide support during off-hours when needed for urgent incidents, planned upgrades, or scheduled maintenance activities.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar enterprise application platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or Risk Management Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud administration, including user provisioning, security setup, and production support.
• Understanding of compliance expectations, IT controls, and audit support within a regulated business environment.
• Experience supporting change management, application updates, and ongoing system lifecycle activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with general business internet use.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
