- 8+ Years of Salesforce experience with an emphasis on Salesforce Architecture
- Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects
- Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications
- Knowledgeable in OmniStudio
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
- Understand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutions
- Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standards
- Designing solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Dev I, Platform App Builder, or architect are a plus.
