A dynamic, supportive team and growing company A chance to lead a beautiful, thriving communityWhat You'll Be Doing:Manage all aspects of daily property operationsMarket and lease available units in full compliance with fair housing lawsMaintain occupancy by managing waitlists, pre-leasing, and resident retentionOversee maintenance staff, contractors, and vendorsHandle resident concerns with empathy and efficiencyCollect rent and fees, manage financial records using OneSite softwarePrepare vacant units for rental, ensuring quality and timelinessMaintain accurate and organized unit files and resident communicationsAnalyze operations and provide strategic recommendations to Regional DirectorMonitor expenses, manage property budgets, and enforce community policies What You Bring to the Table:2+ years of multi-family property management experience1+ year in a leadership or supervisory roleProven leasing and renewal successLIHTC experience (preferred but not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OneSite (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesA customer-first mindset with a firm yet empathetic approachAbility to work well with diverse individuals and teams Schedule:This is a full-time, on-site position.
