Job Description

A major healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Specialist to support enterprise voice systems across multiple campuses and clinics. This role manages daily telecom operations, VoIP (cloud/on‑prem), call flows, MACs, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams. Ideal candidates bring strong RingCentral expertise, Avaya platform experience, and the ability to support complex telephony environments.

Required Qualifications

RingCentral experience
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience
Avaya CM v16.3, System/Session Manager, Aura Messaging, CMS, VeraSmart, Virtual Observer, G430/G450/G650

Preferred Certifications

Cisco CCNA or CCVP
Avaya Certified Support or Implementation Specialist
