Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives for a client in Golden, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a project leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and drive successful delivery across finance and HR technology environments. The role will focus on guiding ERP-related programs, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining strong governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ERP projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to support seamless project progress across business and technical workstreams.
• Manage resource planning and allocation to align team capacity with project priorities and milestones.
• Oversee initiatives involving Workday, including Financial Management, HCM, and Adaptive Planning components.
• Establish project governance practices, status reporting, risk tracking, and issue resolution processes through the PMO framework.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to translate operational needs into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor project financials, dependencies, and change impacts to support informed decision-making throughout delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate progress clearly, and drive accountability across all participating teams.• 5+ years of experience managing ERP or enterprise application projects in complex organizational environments.
• Proven background leading cross-functional project management efforts with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ERP solutions, including Workday HCM, Workday Financial Management, or Adaptive Planning.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, PMO methodologies, and structured delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resource allocation, project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation activities.
• Experience supporting financial systems initiatives and coordinating business and technical teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an interim project leadership capacity within a long-term contract engagement.
