<h3>Job Description</h3>
We are working with a textile manufacturer that produces technical woven fabrics for industrial applications. This is a hybrid role that allows you to be on-site at the manufacturing facility near Roanoke, VA, and also work remotely from your home office. This role can be full-time or a contract/part-time position as well. 
 
Technical Fabric Designer
<ul>
<li>Lead Technical Design of Woven fabrics- developed to meet customer specifications</li>
<li>Work with yarn vendors to identify the best yarn for the specific fabric you are developing</li>
<li>Work closely with the lab, weaving manager, and engineers to identify the best materials and processes to create fabric for customers</li>
<li>Work alongside the Product Development Team to present ideas and troubleshoot problems</li>
<li>Hybrid role split between home office and time onsite at the plant in Roanoke, VA</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder</li>
<li>Must have 10+ years of experience as a Woven Design</li>
<li>Must be in Roanoke, VA weekly.</li>
