Hampton Area:
<ul>
<li>One building cleaned&nbsp;once per month&nbsp;(flat rate of&nbsp;$27 per clean)</li>
<li>One building cleaned&nbsp;every Wednesday evening (1.5 hours) and once over the weekend (3 hours) at $15 dollars per hour.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Latimer Area:
<ul>
<li>One building cleaned&nbsp;once each weekend&nbsp;(approximately&nbsp;3.5 hours) at $15 dollars per hour.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
