About the Role
seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to lead the development, optimization, and support of its global ERP ecosystem.
This is a hands-on technical and functional leadership role for someone with strong NetSuite administration, advanced SuiteScript 2.x development, NetSuite OneWorld expertise, and experience integrating high-volume B2C e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
The ideal candidate combines technical development skills with a strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite implementation transitions, stabilization, production support, release management, UAT, and post-go-live optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
- Manage end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and related middleware platforms.
- Design scalable omnichannel order flows, including subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, currency handling, and tax management.
- Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
- Manage implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors.
- Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to technical defects, business processes, data quality, and user training.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting NetSuite in a live production environment.
- Advanced development experience with SuiteScript 2.x.
- Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar B2C e-commerce platforms.
- Extensive NetSuite OneWorld experience, including multi-subsidiary environments, intercompany transactions, consolidated financial reporting, currency management, and tax handling.
- Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, receiving, reporting, and financial controls.
- Experience leading UAT, release management, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite in California as required and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.
