Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work primarily on the night shift in a clean coffee roasting and packaging facility, partnering with another technician and production teams to keep advanced roasting, packaging, and warehouse equipment running safely and reliably. You will gain hands-on experience with modern automation systems, collaborate closely with engineering, and develop into a trusted technical resource on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Keep production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably across roasting, packaging, and warehouse operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
- Respond quickly to unplanned downtime, diagnose issues, and restore equipment to service to minimize production disruptions.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems on production and support equipment.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and small projects that drive continuous improvement in the plant.
- Monitor machine performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to increase uptime and efficiency.
- Work closely with operators, supervisors, and engineering team members to solve problems and communicate equipment status and updates.
- Uphold safety standards at all times, including following lockout/tagout procedures and participating in plant safety initiatives.
- Contribute to food safety programs by supporting sanitation standards and performing equipment cleaning as required.
- Accurately document work performed, including maintenance activities and repairs, in alignment with plant procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
