Key Responsibilities:

Review customer specifications, blueprints, and schematics

Develop cost estimates, proposals, and bid packages

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to gather project information

Create preliminary layouts and system drawings
-
Track bids, maintain project documentation, and update ERP systems

Prepare sales contracts, pricing, and credit terms

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Drafting & Design, or related field
-
2+ years of estimating, project management, industrial construction, material handling, or related experience
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical components, structural steel, manufacturing processes, and industrial construction
-
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-
Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (Epicor or similar), and CAD software such as AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
