Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Consultant to lead hybrid cloud projects for clients in co-managed IT environments. You'll design, deploy, and support Azure-based infrastructure while serving as an escalation point and technical mentor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)

• Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)

• Lead migrations from on-prem to cloud (Hyper-V/VMware to Azure)

• Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates

• Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models

• Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards

Education/Experience/Certifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in an MSP/co-managed role

• Strong hands-on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding

• PowerShell scripting required; Terraform or similar preferred

• Windows Server, AD, VMware or Hyper-V familiarity

• Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients

• Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, or similar Microsoft certifications

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

• Occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required
