Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Sevierville, TN
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (some overtime may be required based on business needs)
-Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair services on facility equipment and building systems, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and building systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues
Interpret and work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Maintain building infrastructure and equipment to support daily operations
Follow established maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
Assist with facility improvement projects as needed
Document maintenance activities and report issues requiring further attention
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Work overtime as needed based on business needs
-Required Education, Skills, and Experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Understanding of maintenance methods, practices, and repair techniques
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while following established procedures
