We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to manage acquisition integration, IT onboarding, and operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple acquisition and IT integration projects.
- Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans/templates.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate IT onboarding, device tracking, security assessments, and related activities.
- Support large-scale employee onboarding workflows.
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, priorities, and ROI.
- Improve centralized ticketing and project-management processes.
- Support technology and AI-related roadmap initiatives.

Required Skills:

- \n
- Strong IT Project Management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience; Scrum Master background preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
- Experience handling multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
- M&A/acquisition integration experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CrowdStrike, VSA, device management, or IT security is a plus.
