Cleanway Janitorial Services Inc. is looking for a dependable, hands-on Commercial Cleaning Field Supervisor to oversee daily and nightly operations. In this role, you will inspect client facilities, train cleaning crews, and ensure we maintain our high standards of top-quality service delivery.

Overnight hours - Monday Through Friday 5:30 pm until Jobs are finished (3 am to 5 am) Saturdays 3:30 pm until Jobs are finished (1 am to 3 am)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate day/evening janitorial and floor-care cleaning crews.

• Inspect commercial accounts and office buildings to guarantee Cleanway Janitorial Services Inc.safety and quality standards are met.

• Manage daily work assignments, shift schedules, and fill in for staff coverage when necessary.

• Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and equipment operation.

• Maintain active communication with property managers and company leadership.

• Track and document inspection results, supply inventory, and crew performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality housekeeping.

• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (travel between multiple client sites is required).

• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Language: Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

• Physical Ability: Ability to walk, stand, and handle light-to-moderate physical cleaning tasks or heavy lifting up to 50 lbs when required.

• Background: Must pass a standard background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary/Pay Range: $67,000 – $78,000 per year

• Employment Type: Full-Time
