Maintenance Technician
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $30.00 Per Hour

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a premier manufacturing facility specializing in custom industrial packaging solutions—including wood pallets, crates, corrugated products, foam fabrication, and heavy duty shipping materials.

Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical machinery using various hand and power tools
• Follow OSHA safety requirements, including proper lock out/tag out procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with team members on solutions
• Read and interpret basic machine schematics with minimal supervision
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with special projects
• Organize parts, tools, and materials in designated areas
• Communicate effectively with team members to support safe operations
• Safely lift/push/pull materials up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs independently
• Support cross functional departments to ensure overall plant success
• Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing industrial equipment
• Experience in a corrugated or packaging facility strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to safely operate hydraulic/pneumatic devices, presses, cordless drills, clamps, and similar tools
• Willingness to learn precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow directions and work effectively within a team environment
Pay
$30.00 per hour
Schedule
Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
