Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain master data elements in sIDMa, SAP/ECC, and OMP.
- Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for change requests.
- Perform technical assessments and initiate system changes.
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Develop and adjust master data work instructions.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to new data analysts.
- Participate in initiatives to improve master data processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in data processing systems, especially SAP.
- Knowledge of production and lab processes and GxP requirements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferences
- Experience with sIDMa and OMP systems.
