We are currently hiring a Seasonal Groundskeeper for our Goshen campus. This is a seasonal position with a commitment of at least 8 months (April–November), working up to 40 hours per week.
The schedule will be M-F 7AM - 3:30PM until the end of November.
Our Grounds team plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and safety of campus. Duties may include:
- Mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and general landscaping
- Caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, hedges, and lawns
- Assisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and seasonal grounds upkeep
- Operating grounds equipment and tools safely
- Maintaining clean and organized outdoor spaces
- Working independently or alongside the grounds team on various projects
- Assisting with winter snow removal as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required we’re willing to train the right person
- Valid driver’s license required
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely perform physical work and operate equipment
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
Physical Requirements
This role involves physical outdoor work including lifting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and working around landscaping equipment and machinery.
