Job Description

The Desktop Support Associate provides critical technical assistance to ensure seamless operation of hardware and software systems within a large team environment. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting end users, and maintaining accurate records to enhance the overall IT support experience. The position does not require travel and focuses on delivering efficient, onsite support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware support, including installation and maintenance
  • Install and configure software applications
  • Assist users with technical issues and inquiries
  • Troubleshoot system and application problems promptly
  • Manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Document procedures, incidents, and solutions accurately
  • Conduct user training sessions to improve IT proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support
