Nexus Employment is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Associate for the Portage, Indiana area.
Job Summary :

Making sure property is fully functional
</li>
<li>
Fixing Air Conditioning units , lighting fixtures, slight plumbing issues
</li>
<li>
Travel between all buildings in local vicinity
</li>
<li>
must be able to paint and hang dry wall
</li>
<li>
able to use hand tools and light machinery
</li>
<li>
fabrication
</li>
<li>
also have electrical experience
</li>
</ul>
Must have basic experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general facilities maintenance.
