Experience Profile
\n
● 10+ years of progressive experience in technical consulting or solution architecture
\n
within highly regulated industries (Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Quality Assurance).
\n
● 5+ years experience leading and owning end-to-end delivery for complex
\n
software/data transformation projects.
\n
● Proven track record guiding remote or offshore engineering teams while maintaining
\n
high project standards and ownership.
\n
\n
Technical Skills & Domains
\n
● Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience designing solutions on major cloud
\n
platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Deep understanding of relevant services
\n
(Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, App Services, etc.).
\n
● Architecture: Expertise in modern architectural patterns (Microservices, API design,
\n
scalable cloud architecture).
\n
● AI/ML/Data Focus: Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of Generative AI
\n
concepts (LLMs, RAG architectures, Vector Databases) and data science workflows.
\n
*Crucially, you must be able to speak fluently about these topics to both engineers
\n
and non-technical executives.*
\n
● Development Stack Understanding: Proficiency in understanding full-stack
\n
components
