Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with homebuyers and understand their needs and goals
• Show homes and guide buyers through the purchase process
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Support clients from consultation through closing
• Follow up with leads and appointments using CRM and sales systems
• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and client follow-ups
• Deliver excellent service that builds referrals and repeat business

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
• Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
• Organized, dependable, and accountable
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
