Job DescriptionOverviewOversees development and analysis of organizational plans and metrics to identify, manage, and direct resources supporting the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE). Advises on and integrates IT industry best practices into the current environment.Essential dutiesLead analysis of organizational plans, metrics, and resource direction for SIE mission prioritiesAnalyze federal/DoD strategies for implications to USSOCOM, Components, and TSOCsAdvise on process improvement and best-practice integrationSupport SIE Management Framework (charters, boards/WGs, process maps)Facilitate steering/working group admin (agendas, slides, VTCs)Support CCE/DDIL working groups, NetOps status monitoring, and leadership battle rhythm as assignedEducationRequired: Bachelor's degree Substitution: Relevant experience performing SOW §3.4 functions for a Government agency in lieu of formal educationYears of experience (recommended)7–10+ years operations analysis, IT strategy, or organizational planning 3+ years in DoD/SOF or large enterprise IT environmentsSkills & knowledgeMetrics development, process mapping, governance frameworksStrategic/tactical planning; briefing senior leadersWorking group facilitation; SharePoint/portal contentFamiliarity with NetOps, CCE/DDIL, or SIE concepts preferredAdvanced Excel / PowerPoint / data visualizationCertificationsPreferred: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process credentialsSecurity & other requirementsActive TOP SECRET; TS/SCI preferred On-site; travel as approvedThis position is contingent upon contract award.
