Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement network automation solutions for enterprise and data center networks.
- Build and maintain Network Source of Truth (NSoT) platforms using NetBox or Nautobot.
- Develop automation workflows using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and other automation frameworks.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform and Git-based workflows.
- Automate network provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, and operational tasks.
- Integrate networking platforms with monitoring, asset management, and orchestration tools.
- Develop reusable automation modules, templates, and scripts for network lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with network architects, engineers, and infrastructure teams to standardize and automate network operations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions, APIs, and network services.
- Maintain documentation, coding standards, and automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Network Engineering.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Network Automation.
- Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies.
- Expertise in:
- BGP
- OSPF
- TCP/IP
- VLANs
- MPLS
- Data Center Networking
- Hands-on experience with:
- NetBox and/or Nautobot
- Python
- Ansible
- REST APIs
- Git/GitOps
- Terraform
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Experience working with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or multi-vendor network environments.
