URGENT HIRING – MACHINE INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN / TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT
START ASAP – TUESDAY IN IDAHO
4-DAY PROJECT | COMPETITIVE HOURLY PAY
GSI Metalforming is looking for a Machine Installation Technician / Technician Assistant to support our technical team during an industrial machinery installation project in Idaho starting Tuesday.
Roll forming experience is NOT required.
We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, comfortable working with tools and industrial equipment, and available to travel immediately.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Immediate availability required
Responsibilities
• Assist technicians with industrial machine installation and setup
• Help assemble and position machine components
• Assist with mechanical adjustments and machine alignment
• Use common hand and power tools
• Assist with rollers, shafts, bearings, guides, motors, sensors and other machine components
• Help with basic troubleshooting and testing
• Take measurements and assist with machine calibration
• Maintain tools and keep the work area organized
• Follow instructions from the lead technician and GSI technical team
• Follow all required safety procedures
Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
• Experience working with industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, automotive, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, construction, millwright, or similar work is preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Ability to lift and handle machine components as required
• Reliable and able to work as part of a technical team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be available to start Tuesday in Idaho
Experience with roll forming machinery, industrial maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machine installation, or manufacturing equipment is a PLUS, but NOT required.
English required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
