- For Newly Licensed Agents: Our structured onboarding and immersive training program are crafted to accelerate your success, instilling the confidence to excel from the outset. Typically, a newly licensed agent on our team closes between 11 to 13 transactions in their first year.
- For Experienced Agents: Enhance your business with our advanced tools, continuous education, and a supportive team environment that facilitates faster scaling. Our experienced agents achieve consistent month-over-month growth by leveraging our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly attend the office to engage in hands-on training, team activities, and collaborative strategy sessions.
- Learn and rigorously implement our proven plays and scripts to effectively engage with inbound clients and close deals.
- Provide exceptional, fiduciary-level service to clients, expertly guiding them through the buying or selling process.
- Stay informed about local market trends to better advise clients.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in licensing courses).
- All experience levels are welcome, from brand-new agents to seasoned professionals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a deep drive to succeed and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A firm commitment to providing top-notch, ethical service to every client.
Target Markets: We are actively seeking agents to serve the Greater Denver Metropolitan area, including Denver, Thornton, Northglenn, Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Commerce City, Wheat Ridge, Northfield, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock, and Englewood.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contractor
Pay: $50,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year (Commission-based with uncapped earning potential)
