Location: Miami, FL (hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time, direct hire
Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 per year

Lead commercial, civic and mixed-use projects from concept to construction as a project architect at a premier Miami design firm.

Must-Haves
\n
- \n
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program
- 6+ years of post-graduate experience at an architecture firm
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Strong architectural detailing, building materials and structural/MEP integration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do
\n
- \n
- Turn design concepts into buildable, code-compliant projects
- Direct full construction document sets, including details, schedules and specs
- Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultants
- Manage milestones, staffing and site visits during construction
- Serve as the main contact for clients, owners’ reps and contractors
- Lead permitting, zoning approvals and municipal reviews
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers and drafters
