Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent service for residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues
- Maintain grounds and ensure property cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with emergency maintenance calls as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment or property maintenance a plus)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
