Overview:
We're seeking an Enterprise Digital & AI Architect to lead the design and modernization of enterprise digital platforms, product ecosystems, and next-generation AI-enabled solutions.
This role combines enterprise architecture, product engineering, cloud-native design, and Agentic AI innovation to drive large-scale business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, digital platforms, AI agents, cloud technologies, and BSS/OSS ecosystems, along with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
A strong .NET background is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy across digital platforms, AI solutions, and product ecosystems.
Design and govern Agentic AI architectures including autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.
Develop reference architectures leveraging ADK, MCP, A2A communication patterns, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Architect cloud-native, API-led, event-driven enterprise platforms.
Drive modernization initiatives from traditional enterprise systems to composable, AI-enabled architectures.
Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives.
Lead architecture workshops, technical reviews, and enterprise design sessions.
Define integration strategies across CRM, Billing, Order Management, Inventory, Identity, Payment, and Partner ecosystems.
Support AI-driven personalization, analytics, experimentation, automation, and digital customer experiences.
Establish architecture governance, security standards, scalability requirements, and operational best practices.
Mentor architecture and engineering teams while driving enterprise-wide technology standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience across enterprise architecture, software development, integration, and large-scale solution delivery.
5+ years of product-centric architecture experience.
Strong .NET development background.
Experience architecting large-scale cloud-native enterprise solutions.
Expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Product Architecture.
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and intelligent agent ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with ADK (Agent Development Kit).
Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Experience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication architectures.
Experience with Google Agentic AI technologies including Gemini and Vertex AI.
Strong experience with API-led, event-driven, and distributed architectures.
Experience with enterprise digital platforms and complex system integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
BSS/OSS architecture experience.
CBVA (Customer/Cognitive Business Value Architecture) experience.
GCP architecture expertise.
AWS or Azure cloud experience.
Telecommunications industry experience.
Experience leading large enterprise transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of TMF, MEF, ITIL, IEEE, or IETF standards.
Experience managing large matrixed or multi-vendor environments.
