Asset Reliability Leader
Are you passionate about solving complex equipment challenges? We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead root cause investigations, improve equipment reliability, and partner with Operations and Maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of maintenance and reliability experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices for high-speed rotating equipment.
- Experience utilizing data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve asset performance.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
- Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, PMs, and equipment maintenance plans.
- Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Analyze maintenance data to drive reliability improvements and reduce costs.
- Support capital projects, reliability assessments, and new facility start-ups.
- Identify critical spare parts and assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) development.
- Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles while balancing office and field responsibilities.
