Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a growing, global fintech company who is looking to hire a Sr. IT Engineer. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT support while also building and scaling internal systems, processes, and infrastructure.
What you'll do:
- Provide end-to-end IT support for a global team across multiple regions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment, identity/access, and device management tools
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle
- Support network infrastructure including VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
- Partner with leadership on IT strategy, security, and compliance initiatives
- Help implement scalable processes and improvements as the company grows
Must have:
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint management
- Hands-on experience with networking (Switches, servers, VPN, DNS, firewalls, wireless)
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of IT operations
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership stakeholders
Additional Details:
- Location: Fully Onsite (5 days a week) in Portland, OR
- Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base (depending on experience)
- Full-time, direct hire
