Job Title: HUD Housing Community Manager

Job Description:
The HUD Housing Community Manager at OrrVilla Manor I will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the community, ensuring the well-being of residents and adherence to HUD regulations. This role encompasses a range of duties to maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment for all residents.
Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the HUD retirement housing community.
Manage leasing and occupancy processes, including application screenings, lease agreements, move-ins, and move-outs.
Maintain accurate records of resident information, rent payments, and correspondence.
Handle maintenance requests.
Resident Relations:
Foster a positive community atmosphere that aligns with the faith-based values of OrrVilla Manor I.
Address resident concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with HUD regulations and requirements for subsidized housing.
Complete regular HUD reporting, including income certifications and property inspections.
Keep up-to-date with changes in HUD policies and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments.
Financial Management:
Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and ensure responsible financial stewardship of the community's resources.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and provide guidance to community staff, if applicable.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
A strong commitment to the faith-based values of OrrVilla Manor I.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred experience in property management, ideally with HUD housing or affordable housing communities. We will also train in HUD housing.
