We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in both full-time and part-time Housekeeper/Groundskeeper capacities.
In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal across all property grounds and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, professional customer service to residents, visitors, and team members.
- Ensure property grounds remain free of trash, litter, and debris.
- Inspect and maintain building exteriors, signage, and common space presentation.
- Perform basic pool maintenance and regular safety checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of walkways, entryways, and breezeways.
- Execute seasonal snow and ice removal procedures to ensure safe pathways.
- Assist with basic landscaping care, including flower beds and tree maintenance.
- Manage pet waste stations and general sanitation needs across the property.
- Collaborate effectively with Maintenance Technicians on larger projects as required.
Compensation and job classification are determined by Senior Management and may be adjusted in accordance with operational requirements.
