Architectural / BIM Modeler
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeler with 3–5 years of experience to support architectural and infrastructure-related projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining BIM models in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using tools such as Revit and AutoCAD based on drawings, site data, and field inputs
- Apply established BIM standards, workflows, naming conventions, and coordination procedures
- Perform model coordination and clash detection, identify conflicts, and support issue resolution in collaboration with project teams
- Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure multi-discipline coordination
- Update models based on project changes and coordination feedback
- Prepare construction documentation including plans, sections, elevations, shop drawings, and as-built models
- Maintain BIM files in accordance with company standards and quality requirements
- Generate quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models as needed
- Support visualization and presentation efforts when required
Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling within architectural, infrastructure, or construction environments
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks and/or BIM collaboration platforms
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Familiarity with common documentation and review software (e.g., PDF mark-up tools, Microsoft Office)
- Experience working in collaborative, cloud-based project environments is a plus
