Our client is a globally-known manufacturer of fine furnishings. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance staff. Primary duties include:

Supervise, mentor and train maintenance staff in the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment

Subject matter expert in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds

Assist with budgeting and maintenance planning.

Provide reports to management and stakeholders
Position reports to Director of Engineering.
Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor will possess the following:
-
Associates degree in electro-technology or similar, vocational/trade schooling. Military veterans with technical ratings/MOS are encouraged to apply.

5+ years experience in manufacturing environment

3+ years supervising/managing maintenance staff
-
Understanding of LEAN (5S) principles, OSHA standards and GMP.

Knowledge of PLC’s and automation.
Salary up to $95,000/yr (depending on experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
