Service Administrator supports the Service Department by coordinating service jobs, reviewing documentation, and preparing work for invoicing. This role keeps projects moving smoothly between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Pre‐invoice review and job cost verification
- Service order processing and documentation review
- Data entry for labor, materials, and expenses
- File management and record accuracy
- Cross‐department coordination
- Follow‐ups on missing approvals or open orders
- Travel arrangements for technicians
- Customer communication and billing support
Qualifications
- 2+ years administrative or service coordination experience
- ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Strong Excel/Outlook skills
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication
