<p>Job DescriptionThe position will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement projects associated with a portfolio of 200+ multifamily apartments and 36,000 SF of commercial space located in intown Atlanta, GA.&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Supervise, coordinate and complete all maintenance work orders and improvement projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate with Property Manager, 3rd party providers and Tenants to insure work orders are completed efficiently</li>
<li>Document and track all costs and time associated with work orders and improvement projects and input into property management software</li>
<li>Maintain building supplies through inventory management system using property management software</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of Maintenance Tech / Building Engineer or related construction experience</li>
<li>Must be HVAC certified</li>
<li>Plumbing and Electrical experience required</li>
<li>Must have apartment experience, commercial experience preferred</li>
<li>Technologically savvy with strong computer and mobile skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and strong communication skills</li>
<li>Independent self-starter&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hospitality mindset with a great bedside manner</li>
</ul>
