Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $30.00–$34.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday 12:30 PM–9:00 PM & Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility and production equipment running safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and help keep production running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, panels, and motor controls up to 480V.
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems, including belts, rollers, motors, and gearboxes.
- Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform routine HVAC and facility maintenance.
- Read electrical schematics and equipment drawings to troubleshoot issues.
- Follow proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
- Document maintenance and repairs using maintenance records/software.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with conveyors, motors, and industrial equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical schematics/blueprints.
- LOTO experience and a strong commitment to safety.
- HVAC experience is a plus.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance or a related field is preferred.
