Job Description
This is a full time, year round job with good pay and benefits.
We are looking for someone that really knows how to maintain landscaping and keep interior spaces clean at apartment complexes. Landscape work incudes pruning, weeding, cultivating, mulching, patching bare spots in lawns and keeping things looking great. A contractor fertilizes the lawns for us. We need you to do everything else.
Interior cleaning includes very detailed cleaning of common areas and apartments and shampooing carpets.
If you can paint as well, that would be great ... but not necessary.
You should have VERY high standards and be able to manage yourself please.
