Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Test Technician!
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician for a day shift opportunity. This position will work within a dedicated test bay environment alongside a small team, focusing on testing and validating equipment before it is released to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term growth, with potential for future leadership opportunities.
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Test equipment prior to customer acceptance to ensure quality and functionality
- Troubleshoot issues involving pumps, piping systems, electrical components, and hydraulics
- Identify and resolve problems to prevent rework and ensure efficient project completion
- Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and results
- Follow all safety and quality standards in a shop/test bay environment
Qualifications:
- Experience with pumps, piping, electrical, or hydraulic systems preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong interest in long-term career growth
