Porter
Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a residential apartment community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping properties clean, and provides excellent customer service.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay rate: $23.00/hr
Duties:

Maintain the cleanliness of the apartment community, including common areas, walkways, and breezeways.

Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.

Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents.

Remove bulk trash and assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.

Help maintain the grounds, including sweeping, pressure washing, and general landscaping support.

Report safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the maintenance team.
Requirements:

Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
