 We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Porter/cleaner to join our team in Miami, FL. The job will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned properties. Duties may include cleaning common areas, picking up trash and debris, maintaining restrooms, servicing trash receptacles, and completing other general cleaning and porter duties as assigned. Previous cleaning or porter experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Requirements:

<li>Able to perform physical cleaning duties</li>
<li>Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks</li>
<li>Good communication and time-management skills</li>
<li>Previous janitorial or porter experience is a plus</li>
