Candidate must ensure the maximum efficient operations, preventative maintenance and repairs of interior and exterior building systems including equipment, light electrical, carpentry, plumbing and mechanical.
Strada is seeking experienced technicians with building renovation/remodeling experience to join our growing team.
Are you skilled in basic trades like plumbing and electrical work? Can you paint, lay tile, perform drywall repairs, etc.? Can you repair a wood deck or remodel a bathroom? HVAC knowledge is a plus. Experience with simple refresh / remodel / construction projects including planning & management is also a plus.
Our technicians use these skills every day to maintain diverse properties for our customers in the greater Chicagoland area. Our customers see us as an essential part of their team. Why? Because our technicians solve their maintenance problems and help them avoid maintenance issues they sometimes do not even realize could be problems.
Every day presents different challenges. Most of our technicians stay with us for many years and genuinely take pride in what they do. We work as a team – you always have support and someone to call if you can’t fix a problem yourself. Work hours vary by customer but are generally 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. We currently have hours available at various Chicagoland jobs.
Work independently and commute in our truck, dress in our uniform, and benefit from our training. Report on your work and building conditions using our custom mobile app on your company provided smartphone.
