Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents and management
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools
- Ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime when needed
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
- Apartment maintenance experience required
