We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will partner with teams across Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, HR Systems, and Business Operations to deliver strategic identity and access transformation programs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing complex technology projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing IAM initiatives such as identity governance, access management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user lifecycle management, and cybersecurity modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate activities across Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Engineering, HR Technology, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate executive-level project updates, governance meetings, and status reporting.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
- Support organizational change management activities, including communications, training, and user adoption efforts.
- Work closely with vendors and integration partners to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 7+ years of technology project or program management experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead complex technology transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
- Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and project planning skills.
- Experience working within cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading or supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs.
- Knowledge of:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Access Provisioning & Deprovisioning
- Directory Services
- User Lifecycle Management
- Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Ping Identity, or similar technologies.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, Cybersecurity Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Background supporting enterprise-wide change management and technology adoption initiatives.
