As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store personnel, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, disorderly conduct, theft-related activity, and/or access concerns, then document and report observations according to site expectations.
• Support loss prevention and retail operations by assisting with incident reporting, directing guests, and/or helping address customer concerns in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
