Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 annually


About the PositionDAGDA International Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Security Team Lead / Executive Protection Supervisor to manage an assigned residential security team supporting a private principal and family in the San Francisco Bay Area. This leadership role oversees personnel, staffing, operational readiness, training, standard operating procedures, and protective security programs while maintaining exceptional discretion, professionalism, and client service. The position also supports protective operations and principal movements as operationally required.


Key Responsibilities· Manage daily operations of an assigned residential security team, including work assignments, performance standards, staffing, and readiness.· Regularly direct and supervise at least two full-time security employees or the equivalent; conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations.· Partner with HR and Operations in recruiting, interviewing, candidate evaluations, and documented hiring recommendations; provide meaningful recommendations concerning promotions, corrective action, and termination.· Develop, review, update, and implement site-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), Post Orders, emergency action plans, and escalation protocols, subject to required approvals.· Develop schedules, manage coverage and staffing needs, monitor attendance and timekeeping accuracy, and address operational issues in coordination with HR and Payroll.· Oversee residential access control, perimeter security, surveillance, patrol assignments, visitor management, and incident response.· Plan and coordinate principal movements, protective advances, route planning, assigned drivers, and emergency contingencies.· Lead emergency preparedness, drills, incident response, reporting, debriefs, and follow-up corrective actions.· Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments, recommend mitigation measures, and communicate operational updates to DAGDA leadership and authorized client representatives.· Provide direct protective support or authorized driving when operationally necessary and when appropriately licensed, trained, insured, and approved by DAGDA.· Promote compliance with applicable security licensing, safety standards, confidentiality requirements, and California wage-and-hour practices for supervised employees.


Required Qualifications· At least five years of residential security and/or executive protection experience, including demonstrated experience supervising security personnel and operations.· Ability to lead personnel, manage staffing and performance, exercise independent judgment, and provide clear written reports and recommendations.· Current California BSIS Guard Card and required training; BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit for armed duties unless a lawful exemption applies; employment-compatible California CCW authorization when required for the assignment.· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to meet company and insurer requirements and complete protective driving training and authorization before assigned driving.· Current First Aid/CPR certification and ability to maintain assignment-required licenses and credentials.· Proficiency with incident reporting, SOP documentation, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and ADP Workforce Now or similar software.· Strong communication, confidentiality, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively with private clients, household staff, and cross-functional teams.


Preferred QualificationsRecognized executive protection training; military or law enforcement background; experience with UHNW residential security programs; advanced emergency medical training, surveillance detection, protective advances, or incident command.


Schedule and Work EnvironmentWork may include nights, weekends, holidays, travel, private residences, vehicles, and outdoor environments. The position may involve standing, walking, stair use, emergency response, and safe vehicle operation. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.


Compensation and BenefitsAnnual salary range: $110,000–$125,000, depending on job-related qualifications, experience, and applicable factors. Benefits include employer-paid base medical coverage and a 401(k) company match, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
