Job Description
Our Client is looking for experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Lead to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers, along with experience managing large data volumes, optimizing platform performance, and providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

Develop secure, high-quality production code using Apex, LWC, and Triggers.

Review, debug, and optimize code written by other developers.

Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance, particularly when handling large datasets.

Identify recurring operational issues and automate remediation to improve system stability.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate architectural designs, technical fit, and system integrations.

Lead technical discussions and share engineering best practices.

Coach and mentor engineers and support continuous improvement.

Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful engineering culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.

Proven experience managing large data volumes and optimizing Salesforce platform performance.

Strong understanding of secure, scalable application development.

Experience with code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions and architecture to technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Financial services industry experience.

Experience with cloud-native applications.

Experience integrating APIs and web services.

Java development experience.

Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and source control systems.
