Junior Project Manager

Piece Management is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Junior Project Manager to support client accounts, manage service requests, and coordinate vendors through ServiceChannel and other web-based customer portals. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.

The Junior Project Manager will help ensure projects and service requests are tracked accurately, completed on time, and aligned with client requirements, KPIs, and SLAs. The position also includes reviewing quotes, dispatching subcontractors, monitoring job progress, and maintaining accurate documentation in online systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage work orders and service requests through ServiceChannel and similar platforms
- Dispatch and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
- Review vendor quotes and assist with pricing and scope verification
- Communicate with clients regarding project status, updates, delays, and completion
- Track budgets, invoices, and project timelines to support efficient job closeout
- Maintain required KPIs, SLA compliance, and customer reporting standards
- Assist with monitoring job status across online portals from dispatch through completion and invoicing
- Support Project Managers with larger or multi-site projects
- Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and reporting within customer systems and internal records
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, facilities management, or a related role
- Experience with ServiceChannel or similar service management platforms strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience in construction supporting the food service industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and manage multiple priorities
