Now hiring a professional and experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with unit turns, work orders and preventative property maintenance.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician 2 is the core of the community. They are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community; insuring a comfortable environment for residents, future residents, and team members. The Lead Maintenance Technician maintains accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests (received and completed), expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.

Responsibilities as a Lead Maintenance Technician:

To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the maintenance
Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in
Implement preventative maintenance program, and oversee it
Make sure that maintenance personnel understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety rules.

Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician Requirements:

HVAC certification is a plus not required.
Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience required
Preventative Maintenance experience
Requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Attendance is an imperative job function
Great customer service
Flexible work schedule
