Job Description
Solution Architect
\n
\n
📍 New York City | Hybrid
\n
💰 $180,000 - $200,000 base + equity
\n
\n
💼 The Role
\n
We’re working with a rapidly scaling, Series C SaaS business building an API-first platform used by some of the world’s largest technology companies.
\n
\n
Following a recent funding round and significant team growth, they’re looking for a Solution Architect to join their post-sales team in New York and own complex technical implementations for enterprise customers.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on implementation role rather than a traditional pre-sales position. You’ll work directly with customer engineering teams, taking projects from initial requirements and solution design through integration, Go-Live and post-launch support.
\n
\n
The platform is highly technical and API-driven, so we’re looking for someone who has genuinely worked hands-on with APIs and integrations, rather than simply configuring pre-built connectors.
\n
\n
🚀 Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Own enterprise customer implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through to Go-Live and post-launch support
- Design, build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks and authentication flows
- Work directly with customer engineering teams on data mapping and complex integration requirements
- Integrate the platform with ERP, billing and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle and NetSuite
- Translate complex customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout implementation
- Run implementation meetings, project syncs and occasional on-site customer sessions
- Feed customer requirements, implementation challenges and feature requests back into Product and Engineering
